Facts for HBES and GES kids: We are flying on a Boeing 777 passenger jet. It is the world's largest twin jet aircraft. It can carry between 283 and 368 passengers. You could probably fit every kid at GES onto this plane! It has a range from 5,235 to 9,380 nautical miles. That means we will fly all the way to China without stopping to refuel. Look at how small the vans in the photograph are compared to the jet.

Our Story
In November 2006 Chad and I were inspired to welcome a child into our family through adoption. In February 2008 we came across the file of a beautiful 2 year old girl named Ming Ming. Through a series of what can only be called miracles, we were given the unique opportunity to serve as her host family as she received the medical care needed to save her sight. Follow us as we travel back to China to adopt Ming Ming (we call her Charli Grace) and make her a part of our family forever.
